What you will do
- Drawing up spare parts quotations including order processing
- Devising solutions for customer enquiries
- Technical development and support for overhauls, repairs and extensions to existing machines
- Project controlling (deadlines, quality, costs)
- Maintaining article and supplier master data
- Coordination with the customers, suppliers, service providers and departments involved
- Occasional meetings with our customers on site
Your profil
- State-certified technician, mechatronics engineer or comparable qualification with commercial skills
- Ideally professional experience in the field of industrial furnace construction or a mechanical engineering enterprise
- Confidence when dealing and communicating with our customers
- Structured approach to work with effective and accurate results
- Ability to work in a team, flexibility and resilience
- Experience in the use of ERP systems
- Good IT skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- An ability to speak and write German well is crucial
