Wienstroth Wärmebehandlungstechnik GmbH purchases the intangible assets of HSH Härtereitechnik GmbH

we are pleased to inform you that Wienstroth Wärmebehandlungstechnik GmbH has acquired the intangible assets of the insolvent HSH Härtereitechnik GmbH from Kranenburg, Germany as of 10th December 2020. This gives us, as the acquiring company, a unique opportunity to sensibly supplement our product range, to expand capacities and to position ourselves more broadly in terms of business areas.

Through the additional takeover of some employees from HSH Härtereitechnik GmbH in the decisive key positions, it is possible for us to incorporate the acquired know-how directly into our portfolio and to offer it actively. In addition, we are already very familiar with the market environment (customer and supplier structures) as well as the processes and products.

For you as a business partner, this means that from today onwards we will be happy to be at your disposal as your new contact partner for all matters relating to chamber furnace technology and the associated equipment.
