Pusher type furnaces

Pusher type furnaces are mainly used for industrial scale manufacture.

 

They are extremely economical due to their high reproducibility of heat treatment results and their level of automation.

 

Depending on their use and the desired throughput single- or multi-track systems are used.


In combination with corresponding peripheral units such as tempering and pre-oxidation furnaces, washers, grate transport and storage equipment, process visualization, and documentation, a fully automatic operation is possible with the lowest level of manpower.
